City Council Notes from March 28, 2011

The City Council meet Monday night at City Hall. Action taken by the council included:
-- Approval of ordinances regarding property maintenence and abatement of dangerous buildings.
-- Approval of the first reading of an ordinance regarding utility delinquent penalties. The next reading will occur at the council’s April 11 meeting.
-- The public hearing regarding the removal of Roger Barth has been rescheduled for April 11, due to Vice Mayor F.C. Stark’s absence from Monday’s meeting.
