Ed Anthony is about to join the rank-and-file of law enforcement again.
However, this former police officer, won’t be chasing down bad guys or writing citations.
Instead he’ll be serving as the chaplain for the agency as well as other city employees who might need his service.
“I’m ecstatic,” said Anthony, who pastors at Cross at the River Cowboy Church. “I’m ecstatic about being back with the police officers. I didn’t think I’d ever wear a badge again. It’s an absolute blessing.”
