There is at least one group of senior citizens working diligently to maintain or improve a healthy life style.

Linda Sorondo, 62, teaches chair yoga to a very noisy and active group of ladies and one gentleman Tuesdays at the Dunnellon Public Library.

“We’ve had up to four guys at the class,” Sorondo said. “They come and go, but we would like to have more of them join us.”
